5 positive habits to boost your relationship
Every couple needs a positive routine!

4. Prioritize quality time together: make time for activities you both enjoy, despite your busy schedules, to reinforce emotional intimacy and have fun together
5. Practice empathy: try to see situations from your partner’s perspective and respond with kindness to reduce conflict
