Shipping policy

Leading times & shipping options

 

We do everything we can to ship your orders as fast as possible, usually within 1 working day. Please note all orders made on Friday after 12 pm will be shipped on the following Monday. 

We ship worldwide from our two warehouses:

-from the UK - to the UK and in Extra EU countries

-from Italy -to EU countries

 

UK

We offer Second class delivery (3-5 working days) and First class delivery (1-3 working days) starting from €2. Please note standard shipping is not tracked.

Italy

We offer priority delivery starting from €2.5 (up to 5 working days). 

Europe

We offer priority delivery starting from €4 (up to 7 working days)

Rest of the world

We offer International standard delivery starting from €3.50 (between 15 and 25 working days). Please note standard delivery is not tracked.

We also offer tracked and signed starting from €10 (between 5 and 15 working days).

 

Please allow the time stated next to the delivery options for your item to arrive. If the time has passed and you still haven’t received your item, please let us know via email at info@themoodclub.com, mentioning your order number. Please note we are not reliable for items lost when the address provided at checkout is not correct. In any other case, we can resend the item at our expense, not before 14 working days for the UK and Italy, and 21 working days for any other destinations.

 

Online classes

Once you have purchased a class, you will receive an email from Thinkific, our hosting portal. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
